ACM's Support Staff

We are proud to introduce the people at the reception desk and behind the scenes that work hard to take care of our patients and clients.

Jeff Yach

ACM's practice manager is Jeff Yach.  Taking care of all of the business needs of the practice keeps him very busy.  Jeff earned his bachelor of science degree from MSU after growing up in Warsaw, MO.  He currently lives in Nixa, MO with his wife Paula and his three children Jessica, Jordan and Caleb.  While not at work, Jeff is busy keeping up with his kids and the sports they participate in.  Jeff loves working in a veterinary practice because of the animals and the clients to whom those pets are important.

Vickie GolubskiVickie Golubski is our head technician.  Vickie has been part of our practice team since 2001 and is a familiar face to most of our clients.  She lives in Monett with her husband Martin and their dogs, cats, and ferrets.  While not at work, Vickie spends times with her pets, her two grown children and her two grandchildren.  Vickie also rehabilitates wildlife that is brought to ACM for the conservation department.  Deer, baby birds, racoons, opossums, raptors and owls have all called her mama in their own way.

Rachelle HeeterRachelle Heeter has been serving our clients since 2004 as our head receptionist; her smile and voice is well known.  Rachelle is a home town girl and graduated from Monett high school and is currently attending Crowder College to pursue a career in the human medical field.  She enjoys interacting with the clients and learning new things each day.  No day is every boring!  She shares her home with her 4 year old son Bishop, 2 dogs and 2 cats.  Outside of work she enjoys playing sports, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with her son, friends and family.

Heather BrandtHeather Brandt joined our staff in 2009 as a full time technician.  Heather grew up in Monett and graduated from Monett High School.  After graduation she worked in the veterinary field for several years before changing careers and accepting a job as bank teller.  Heather missed the rewarding aspects of helping patients and clients that a job as a veterinary technician offered her and to our delight, decided to return to the veterinary field by becoming part of our team.   When not at work, Heather enjoys outdoor activitys, crafting, knitting, photography, and of course, playing with her pets: Sophie, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Clyde, a Russian Blue cat, and her newest furry family memeber Millie, a Maltese cross she adopted from the pound.

Angie StrongAngie Strong is one of our caring kennel attendants.  She has spent over 7 years dedicating her time to the comfort and wellbeing of our boarders and patients.  Angie's sweet smile and gentle ways put our patients at ease. A lifetime resident of southwest Missouri, specifically the Wentworth area, her hobbies include cooking and photography.  Angie's a busy lady since outside of work she is a full time mom to three children, a wife and a mom to her pets which include 8 dogs, 3 cats, 2 fish, a calf and 1 bearded dragon.  She is pictured here with one of our patients Ranger.

Jim St. ClairJim St. Clair was born and raised in Monett, except for the few months that he lived on an island in the Puget Sound, and has lived in Southwest Missouri his entire life.  He worked in the Traffic Engineering field for thirty years; first for the city of Springfield and then for CJW Transportation Consultants.  Jim and his wife Cheri have six grown children and eight grandchildren, so far.  As you can imagine with six kids, Jim's house was always full of pets, ranging from fur to scales.  Currently, he and his wife have a dog, seven cats, a rabbit, two budgies, and some goldfish. Still quite a houseful!  Jim's interests include music, reading, fishing, and coffee.  He says that "Working as a technician is the least stressful and most personally rewarding job I've ever had!"

Seth Dahle-MelsaetherSeth Dahle-Melsaether is another one of our kennel staff.  He works mostly in the evenings because he is going to school at Crowder College during the day.  His goal is to be accepted in to the Veterinary Technician program there. Seth was born in Utah, but his family moved to southwest Missouri when he was about 5 years old.  His furry family currently consists of 2 dogs and 4 cats which he enjoys playing with on his free time.

Natalie MoennigNatalie Moennig recently came to join the ACM team as a part time receptionist.  She grew up on a farm outside of Pierce City where she still lives with her daughter, Bentlie.  Natalie is currently attending Crowder College studying her general courses.  She is a part of a big family and enjoys spending time with them whenever she can.

100_0304.JPGJackie Griffith joined our team in February 2012 to be our Inventory Control & Purchasing Manager.   After working for a veterinary clinic in Northwest Arkansas for 13 years, she moved to the Avilla area where she lives with her fiance, Kevin and son, Kyle.  Together, Jackie and Kevin have 4 daughters, 2 sons and 4 grandchildren.  Jackie has had many pets over the years, but currently has a Blue Heeler named Zap, and 3 horses.  Her activities include hunting, fishing and riding horses.  Welcome Jackie to the ACM family!

100_0305.JPGDaughter of Dr.'s Ted & Carol,  Sadie has pretty much grown up here at the Animal Clinic.  She recently graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia and recently got accepted to Physical Therapy school.  She is getting married in May to her fiance Heath.  They have 4 dogs, Moose, Kai, Rookie, and Molly.  Sadie enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with family.
